The BROWNstone Development is a an affordable housing project that provides workforce housing, commercial and retail uses, green space, and public art to the Frogtown neighborhood. Design amenities include a community room, a reading room that celebrates the history of African American railroad workers in the neighborhood, and underground unit parking.
