Since 2013, TWP has been designing tenant improvement buildouts of existing unfinished retail spaces in new retail strip centers and remodeling of existing retail spaces for new tenants. All plans and specifications adhere to Red Wing Brands’ details, standards, and guidelines. TWP evaluates all existing conditions that may affect the remodeling project including all dimensions, general description, ADA, parking, site amenities, access to space, storefront, finishes, ceiling types, potentially hazardous materials, demising walls, structure/deck, floor slab, roofing, toilet rooms, plumbing, public/private utilities, water heaters, fire protection, electrical service/systems, and HVAC.
