Regency Beauty Institute Center projects consisted of tenant improvements project to accommodate all beauty school needs in locations across the United States. Program spaces such as a lobby, reception area, staff offices, student lounges, stations for hair styling, shampoo, esthetician, and make up to tend to every student and client needs. Alongside those, spaces such as classrooms, laundry, and dispensary were also included.
