The Gardens was developed as a part of the Episcopal Home's Midway Village development project. This project features six Green House homes that are designed to look and feel like a real home, a place where loved ones will love to be. This close knit design is limited to 10 residents per home to encourage a sense of community and allow residents an opportunity to bond with one another. Accommodations such as the comforting environment of a private room, common areas, community dining, and low resident to staff ratio are all to enhance the family environment.
