Carty Heights, an affortable senior housing building was develped as part of a major urban renewal program in St. Paul. This 4 story building is one of the first in the United States to be a part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program to utailize geothermal ground source energy for both heating and cooling. The Craftsman style design has custom oak detailing to accent the hearth, monumental stair, and the two-story loby. Accommodations residents can enjoy are a generouse community room, under-ground parking, laundry facilities on each level, and common area lounges.
