TWP teamed with HDC Development and Dakota REIT Management to design a replacement building for an existing 24 unit building that had been destroyed by fire. The team was able to produce a new design and construction drawings for the replacement, plus upgrade the building to 36 units within weeks of approval. The upgraded building sits on the CopperCreek Apartment complex, close to both interstate access and the Council Bluffs downtown area. Apartment sizes ranging from one to three bedrooms provide more opportunities for much-needed family housing.
